Hello,

I've just released Linux 2.4.37.9.

Jesse Brandeburg notified me that the e1000 backport in 2.4.37.8
was broken (e1000_main.c was not committed). I don't know how I
managed to do that because it once was OK and I could successfully
build it. Well, whatever I did, the result is wrong and the issue
it was supposed to fix is still present in 2.4.37.8. So here comes
2.4.37.9 with the real fix this time. It was built, booted (runs
on my file server at the moment) and re-checked after the final
commit. Please use that one instaed of 2.4.37.8.

Sorry for the confusion, and many thanks to Jesse for his careful
review!

Willy
