Fix kconfig unmet dependency warning:
warning: (PM_SLEEP_SMP && SMP && (ARCH_SUSPEND_POSSIBLE || ARCH_HIBERNATION_POSSIBLE) && PM_SLEEP) selects HOTPLUG_CPU which has unmet direct dependencies (SMP && HOTPLUG)
