Remove unnecessary declarations of temporary buffers.
Use %pS or %ps as appropriate.
Minor reformatting in a couple of places.

Compiled, but otherwise untested.

Use temporary lr for struct latency_record for improved readability
and fewer columns used.  Removed trailing space from output.
