That driver is an old legacy, we can remove it now that the voltage
low stuff is copied, together with the ds1302 driver which is also
duplicated in the crisv10 arch. Something like:
CRIS: Remove legacy RTC drivers
These old drivers are not used anymore, we use the ones in drivers/rtc.
This allows us to remove some cruft in the CRIS timekeeping code.
