Strange, I tried with:

git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tip/tip.git perf-core-for-linus

git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git master

And with my local trees, on:

Further details down, but in all those cases pressing 'a' works for me
