USB driver fixes for 4.2-rc3

Here's some USB driver fixes for 4.2-rc3.

The ususal number of gadget driver fixes are in here, along with some
new device ids and a build fix for the mn10300 arch which required some
symbols to be renamed in the mos7720 driver.

All have been in linux-next for a while with no reported issues.
