This adds support for the Sigma Designs SMP86xx/SMP87xx family built-in
watchdog.

Signed-off-by: Mans Rullgard <mans@mansr.com>

Changes:
- deactivate initially if disable bit is set so as to avoid accidentally
  resetting if the counter is expired

#include <linux/bitops.h>

Did that get lost, or did you not add it on purpose ?

Code should always include the header files it needs. You can not rely on other
header files doing that for you. Those other header files may change.

Why no clk_disable_unprepare() in the error case ?

If you think that is not needed, please explain.
