Subject: [for-next][PATCH 07/13] tracing: Introduce TRACE_EVENT_FN_COND macro
Date: Thu, 24 Dec 2015 09:27:59 -0500 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20151224142900.590946693@goodmis.org> (raw)
In-Reply-To: 20151224142752.534947674@goodmis.org
[-- Attachment #1: 0007-tracing-Introduce-TRACE_EVENT_FN_COND-macro.patch --]
[-- Type: text/plain, Size: 2723 bytes --]
From: Denis Kirjanov <kda@linux-powerpc.org>
TRACE_EVENT_FN can't be used in some circumstances
like invoking trace functions from offlined CPU due
to RCU usage.
This patch adds the TRACE_EVENT_FN_COND macro
to make such trace points conditional.
