Include <linux/dlmconstants.h> to fix the following linux/dlm_netlink.h
userspace compilation error:
/usr/include/linux/dlm_netlink.h:35:21: error: 'DLM_RESNAME_MAXLEN' undeclared here (not in a function)
char resource_name[DLM_RESNAME_MAXLEN];
