Last time I saw similar kinds of errors gcc libraries were missing.
Can you try rerunning after
apt-get install -y gcc-multilib g++-multilib
You probably don't need or have most of them, but if the above doesn't
help, try
apt-get install -y make gcc libssl-dev bc libelf-dev libcap-dev \
clang gcc-multilib llvm libncurses5-dev git
