Unless I'm a proper wombat that entry is not in the mainline MAINTAINERS
file.
You have two entries
CAFE CMOS INTEGRATED CAMERA CONTROLLER DRIVER
OMNIVISION OV7670 SENSOR DRIVER
but none for docs?
