Oh by the way, you can probably mimic my testing by doing

mkdir test
cp MAINTAINERS test/

./scripts/get_maintainer.pl --find-maintainer-files test/ <patch>
./scripts/get_maintainer.pl --find-maintainer-files test/MAINTAINERS <patch>
