drivers/pinctrl/qcom/Kconfig already has this in linux-next:

config PINCTRL_QCOM_SPMI_PMIC
       tristate "Qualcomm SPMI PMIC pin controller driver"
       ...
       select IRQ_DOMAIN_HIERARCHY

Am I missing something else?
