[PATCH v4 07/17] drm/shmem: drop DEFINE_DRM_GEM_SHMEM_FOPS

DEFINE_DRM_GEM_SHMEM_FOPS is identical to DEFINE_DRM_GEM_FOPS now,
drop it.
