[PATCH V2] Remove dead url and added active url .

The below links/urls leads to "server not found" error, that means ,
those sites are not maintained anymore.


We should induct these below urls to look for the config.

Dead Url for Gmail Settings : http://dev.mutt.org/trac/wiki/UseCases/Gmail
                          (we need to remove it)

Active Url for Gmail Settings : https://gitlab.com/muttmua/mutt/wikis/UseCases/Gmail
                             (We need to induct it)

Dead URL for Manual : http://dev.mutt.org/doc/manual.html
                 (We need to remove it)

Active URL for Manual : https://gitlab.com/muttmua/mutt/wikis/MuttGuide
                             (We need to induct it)

So you clearly didn't generate this patch against any upstream tree; I
can't apply this.

Also, it seems clear that you didn't try to build the docs afterward.

Please give this one more try, with a bit more care, and we'll get it
merged.

NO, I have genrated it on Linus repo directly clong in my laptop.

if I fork Linus GitHub repo to  My GitHub repo , and then made change on
it, does it work??? I mean this the way ...or some other way???

I have tried to run on local tree 

../../scripts/kernel-doc -rst "thae changed file" 

Am I doing it differently or plain wrong??

Or do you think , I go through to install sphinx and do all those
stuff??
