Alternatively, can we do -Wno-cast-function-type?  That's a silly warning
IMO.

If not, will either of these work?

			rc = fastop(ctxt, (void *)ctxt->execute);

or
			rc = fastop(ctxt, (fastop_t)(void *)ctxt->execute);
