regmap: Fixes for v5.8

A few small fixes, none of which are likely to have any substantial
impact here - the most substantial one is a fix for a long standing
memory leak on devices that use register patching which will only have
an impact if the device is removed and re-added.

This (and my other pull requests today) are unsigned because I've
automated the final checks and sending of the mails and that's not
really compatible with signing the mails.  The tags themselves are
signed so the signatures on the mails should've been redundant anyway
but I figured it was better to say something.

I don't personally check email signatures anyway. I do check the git
signed tags. So that's fine.

That said, automating the mailing is *not* incompatible with having a
real name in the "From" line. Can you please make your scripting at
least say "Mark Brown <broonie@kernel.org>" rather than just
"broonie@kernel.org".

Not having a real name just looks like bad email etiquette.

Sure, will do - my MTA fills it in on one machine and not the other it
seems and I tested on the wrong one.
