It doesn't work:

error: unknown warning option '-Wimplicit-fallthrough=5'; did you mean '-Wimplicit-fallthrough'? [-Werror,-Wunknown-warning-option]

However, your patch does work. :)

I'll send it as a proper patch, shortly.
