This commit adds the following lines to file generated by dump:
/* SPDX-License-Identifier: (LGPL-2.1 OR BSD-2-Clause) */
/* THIS FILE IS AUTOGENERATED BY BPFTOOL! */
Hence, the dumped file headers follows that of skeletons.
