The icu_irq_chip is deifned in <linux/irqchip/mmp.h> but the
irq-mmp.c does not include this to get the definition of this
symbol. Include the header to fix the following sparse warning:
drivers/irqchip/irq-mmp.c:139:17: warning: symbol 'icu_irq_chip' was not declared. Should it be static?
