scripts/Makefile.package does not need to know the value of
KDEB_SOURCENAME because the source name can be taken from
debian/changelog by using dpkg-parsechangelog.
Move the default of KDEB_SOURCENAME (i.e. linux-upstream) to
scripts/package/mkdebian.
