Subject: [PATCH AUTOSEL 6.4 27/40] fs/ntfs3: Enhance sanity check while generating attr_list
Date: Sun, 23 Jul 2023 21:31:27 -0400	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20230724013140.2327815-27-sashal@kernel.org> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20230724013140.2327815-1-sashal@kernel.org>

From: Edward Lo <loyuantsung@gmail.com>

[ Upstream commit fdec309c7672cbee4dc0229ee4cbb33c948a1bdd ]

ni_create_attr_list uses WARN_ON to catch error cases while generating
attribute list, which only prints out stack trace and may not be enough.
This repalces them with more proper error handling flow.
