Include bitfield.h and update driver to use bitfield access macros
GENMASK, FIELD_PREP and FIELD_GET.

Also simplify AD7192_CONF_GAIN(-1) to AD7192_CONF_GAIN_MASK and
AD7192_MODE_RATE(-1) to AD7192_MODE_RATE_MASK.
