Subject: [PATCH AUTOSEL 6.8 32/52] ASoC: cs35l56: fix usages of device_get_named_child_node()
Date: Tue, 7 May 2024 19:06:58 -0400 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20240507230800.392128-32-sashal@kernel.org> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20240507230800.392128-1-sashal@kernel.org>
From: Pierre-Louis Bossart <pierre-louis.bossart@linux.intel.com>
[ Upstream commit fbd741f0993203d07b2b6562d68d1e5e4745b59b ]
The documentation for device_get_named_child_node() mentions this
important point:
"
The caller is responsible for calling fwnode_handle_put() on the
returned fwnode pointer.
"
Add fwnode_handle_put() to avoid leaked references.
