This is the start of the stable review cycle for the 6.11.6 release.
There are 261 patches in this series, all will be posted as a response
to this one.  If anyone has any issues with these being applied, please
let me know.

Anything received after that time might be too late.

I don't care much, but TWIMC: that URL gives a 404 here. Not idea if
that is a issue with the local mirror or if the upload went sideways.

The KVM vgic_init selftest has started failing on all the stables that
"KVM: arm64: Don't eagerly teardown the vgic on init error" has been
backported to.  This also happens upstream, as discussed in the thread
there:

this is a testsuite issue rather than an issue with the change itself.

This is a known test issue currently being discussed [*], the KVM change
responsible for the test failure *is* correct.

Builds, boots and works on my 2-socket Ivy Bridge Xeon E5-2697 v2 server. No dmesg 
oddities or regressions found.

Tested rc1 against the Fedora build system (aarch64, ppc64le, s390x,
x86_64), and boot tested x86_64. No regressions noted.
