[PATCH 2/2] drm/etnaviv: Remove the etnaviv_iommuv2_ensure_stlb()

The etnaviv_iommuv2_ensure_stlb() function have been replaced by the
etnaviv_iommuv2_ensure_stlb_new(), remove it.
