Added the UCSI commands UCSI_GET_CAM_SUPPORTED, UCSI_GET_PD_MESSAGE,
UCSI_GET_ATTENTION_VDO and UCSI_SET_USB support in debugfs to enhance
PD/TypeC debugging capability.
