[PATCH v2] ALSA: mixer_oss: Remove deprecated strcpy() function calls

Remove the deprecated strcpy() function calls and assign the strings
directly to a 'char *' instead.

Use 'if/else if' instead of two separate if statements.

No functional changes intended.
