[PATCH RESEND] x86/olpc/xo15/sci: Replace strcpy with strscpy in xo15_sci_add

strcpy() has been deprecated [1] because it performs no bounds checking
on the destination buffer, which can lead to buffer overflows. Use the
safer strscpy() instead.
