Subject: [PATCH v2 12/17] sched/feature: Add STEAL_MONITOR feature
Date: Wed, 8 Apr 2026 00:49:45 +0530 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20260407191950.643549-13-sshegde@linux.ibm.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20260407191950.643549-1-sshegde@linux.ibm.com>
Add a new sched feature to do steal time calculation.
Computing steal time and acting on it periodically are to be opted by
the user. This helps to avoid any overhead when the feature
is disabled.
It is disabled by default.
