[PATCH v2 01/17] sched/debug: Remove unused schedstats

nr_migrations_cold, nr_wakeups_passive and nr_wakeups_idle are not
being updated anywhere. So remove them.

These are per process stats. So updating sched stats version isn't
necessary.
