This series addresses review feedback on v4. Changes from v4:

- Add separate patch for rtw_sitesurvey_cmd condition simplification
  (per Dan Carpenter)
- Fix variable declaration ordering to reverse Christmas tree
- Remove roam_failed intermediate variable
