"cbcmac(aes)" is used only by the "ccm" template when instantiated as
"ccm(aes)". Since native "ccm(aes)" support has been added to
crypto/aes.c, the "cbcmac(aes)" crypto_shash is no longer needed.
Note that "cmac(aes)" and "xcbc(aes)" remain supported.
