Subject: [PATCH v3 02/10] ASoC: ti: davinci-evm: Use dev_err_probe() for error handling
Date: Thu, 16 Jul 2026 17:39:03 +0700 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20260716103911.77652-3-phucduc.bui@gmail.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20260716103911.77652-1-phucduc.bui@gmail.com>
From: bui duc phuc <phucduc.bui@gmail.com>
Replace dev_err() with dev_err_probe() when reporting
devm_snd_soc_register_card() failures. This suppresses
unnecessary log messages for deferred probe errors.

Changes in v2:
- Add missing parentheses to `snd_soc_register_card()` (Christophe).
- Remove an extra blank line (Christophe).
