Reading that code again, I think it does not affect sys_nanosleep, but
it does affect sys_clock_nanosleep(CLOCK_PROCESS_CPUTIME_ID, ...)
along with timer_create/timer_settime with CLOCK_PROCESS_CPUTIME_ID.
