This, again, removes the situation when printk outputs "eth%d" in tulip 
driver.

Look at drivers/net/tulip/ChangeLog :)

I don't care  if the name attached is "A. Nony Mouse", it should 
describe each change that is applied to tulip, and the function(s) which 
are modified, if applicable.
