No, I don't mean that.
The kernel-internal headers would typedef these to different names, e.g.
/* linux/types.h */
#include <linux/abi/types.h>
/* Kernel internal types */
typedef __kernel_dev64_t dev_t;
typedef __kernel_ino_t ino_t;
... etc ...
