segfault with synaptic 0.16-6 and kernel 2.6.0-test4-bk6
[2.] Full description of the problem/report:
I noticed that since I changed from the 2.4 kernel to the 2.6 kernel
synaptic 0.16-6 for debian allways segfaults at a certain point.
At first the programm starts without problem. It biulds the dependency
tree and then works fine. But if I press the "update" button it first
downloads all the necessary pakage lists, reads them, builds the
depenency tree and then it segfaults. The same thing happens if I try to
install a new pakage: First it does all the installing and configuring.
Then it reads the pakage lists, biulds the dependency tree and then it
segfaults.
The apt-get tool works fine. No problem there.
