Anyone have plans to port the cramfs initrd feature from 2.4.22 into the
2.6 series? I tried porting the (trivial looking) patches myself, even
getting as far as the cramfs being recognised and the ramdisk filled,
but ultimately lack of C and kernel knowledge is beating me..

Hi chris,
initrd for cramfs has been added by Debian. I _really_ wonder why Herbert Xu
does not try to get his patches integrated.
it's "somewhere" in:
ftp://ftp.at.debian.org/debian/pool/main/k/kernel-source-2.6.0-test2/kernel-source-2.6.0-test2_2.6.0-test2-1.diff.gz
Regards, Clemens
