- gc_thread
  - f2fs_gc
   - f2fs_get_victim
    - sec_usage_check --- segno #1 is not used in any cursegs
					- f2fs_allocate_data_block
					 - new_curseg
					  - get_new_segment find segno #1
					
   - do_garbage_collect
