This is the start of the stable review cycle for the 6.1.146 release.
There are 88 patches in this series, all will be posted as a response
to this one.  If anyone has any issues with these being applied, please
let me know.

Responses should be made by Thu, 17 Jul 2025 13:07:32 +0000.
Anything received after that time might be too late.

The following boot regressions were noticed on the stable-rc 6.1.146-rc1
with clang-20 toolchains for the qemu-i386.

First seen on the tag  6.1.146-rc1
Good: 6.1.145
Bad:  6.1.146-rc1

Regression Analysis:

- Reproducibility? Intermittent ( occurrence 2% )
