Whats up with ad1816 sound driver web pages? There is two web pages in
the MAINTAINERS file and both are not correct. And email address is
missing.

Hello.

I'm still alive and maintainig the driver. However, email address and web 
page have changed. Updated maintainer records for 2.4.27 and 2.6.8.1 
below.
