remove sleep-avg stats

[-- Attachment #1.2: sched-remove_sleep-avg_stats.diff --]
[-- Type: text/x-patch, Size: 1010 bytes --]

sleep_avg is a non linear value which is only useful for debugging purposes
in the development of the interactivity estimator.

Remove sleep_avg reporting from /proc.
