I've 2.6.11-rc2 sparc64 kernel, userland is 32bits.
I was compiling few things, fired up firefox, and kaboom. No memory.
Meanwhile, I runned swapoff -a, mkswap -v1 /dev/hda2 , swapon -a, and
tried to replace swap partition with swap file, which didn't worked either.
Here's dmesg:

I've tried both 2.6.10 and 2.6.11-rc2. None of these works. I'll try earlier
versions tommorow. Having very fast amd64 cross compilation computer helps in
that a lot ;)
