This Patch replaces "(2 * HZ)" with "DATA_TIMEOUT" which is defined as
     #define DATA_TIMEOUT (2 * HZ)
in /drivers/usb/atm/speedtch.c in kernel 2.6.10.

This Patch replaces "(2 * HZ)" with "DATA_TIMEOUT" which is defined as
