Hadn't seen it anytime recently..

Didn't appear after a reboot of 2.6.13-rc3-mm2, and doesn't appear with 
2.6.13-rc3-mm3, so not too sure what to make of it now.  Will see if it 
reappears (box is otherwise stable).
