Other little changes

Move some code from one place to another.
Get rid of ugly ifdefs in code in next p[patches, so here create functions
and macros to enable it.
Rename some functions and align some code to 80 chars.

Pci probing added

Pci probing functions added, most of functions rewrited because of it (some
for loops were redundant).
Used PCI_DEVICE macro.
dev_* used for printing wherever possible.
Renamed some functions to have isicom_ in the name.

ONE MORE IMPORTANT THING, Andrew, if you haven't dropped previous patches yet
(as I wrote, if the e-mail was delivered),
that were commented by that fellows, please, do it before applying, thanks.

This patches convert isicom char driver to 2.6 API.

Thanks to G. KH, AC and D. Torokhov for their comments.

Generated in 2.6.14-rc2-mm2 kernel version.
