Looks complicated..
original page_to_pfn() was
(((page - mem_map) << PAGE_SHIFT) + PAGE_OFFSET) >> PAGE_SHIFT.
This is same to
(unsigned long) (page - mem_map) + (PAGE_OFFSET >> PAGE_SHIFT).
h8300 can use generic ones.
