Looks complicated..
ex) page_to_pfn()
(((page - mem_map) << PAGE_SHIFT) + PAGE_OFFSET) >> PAGE_SHIFT
is same to
(page - mem_map) + (PAGE_OFFSET >> PAGE_SHIFT)
H8300 can use generic ones.
