Okay, can you add that detail to the patch description. I suspect we
really want a way to undo what MADV_NOHUGEPAGE/MADV_NOHUGEPAGE did (if
only naming wouldn't be complicated: MADV_DEFAULT_HUGEPAGE, hmmmm).
